Where do the yachts depart from?

Most charters depart from downtown Miami marinas near 990 Biscayne Blvd. We confirm the exact slip and meeting point in your booking confirmation.

What's included in the price?

Every Prime Experience is all-inclusive: yacht, professional crew, food and beverages per the experience menu, tax, and gratuity. There are no hidden fees at the dock.

How many guests can join?

Our experiences accommodate up to 13 guests. Larger groups can be arranged with a private quote — contact our concierge for vessels suited to bigger parties.

What's your cancellation policy?

Full refund within 24 hours of purchase or 14+ days before the experience. We also reschedule for free if weather prevents safe sailing.

Can we customize the menu or experience?

Yes. Dietary preferences, themed décor, custom playlists, photographers, and additional services can be added — let us know during booking.

Is alcohol included?

Beverages listed in each experience are included. BYOB is permitted on most charters; the wellness experience is alcohol-free unless requested.

What should I wear?

Smart casual is recommended for most experiences. For wellness sails, bring comfortable movement clothing. Soft-soled shoes only on deck.

Do you offer private events or corporate charters?

Absolutely — birthdays, anniversaries, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate offsites, and brand activations. Contact us for a custom proposal.
