Our commitment

Aqua Elite Events INC, operating as Prime Experiences, is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we build and maintain this site, not an add-on.

Conformance goal

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as a best-practice standard. Accessibility considerations are built into our code: semantic HTML landmarks, one main heading per page, descriptive alternative text, visible keyboard focus indicators, labelled form fields, accessible names on icon-only controls, tap targets sized for touch, color contrast intended to meet AA thresholds, and support for reduced-motion preferences. We do not use third-party accessibility overlay or widget plugins, because they do not fix the underlying code. We do not claim that every part of this site is fully conformant, and some areas may not yet meet every criterion.

Measures we take

Automated accessibility checks (such as axe-core and Lighthouse) during development.
Accessibility considerations when building new pages, forms, and interactive components.
Fixing accessibility issues as we become aware of them.

Known limitations

Some third-party content we embed, such as the Google Maps location frame and the Stripe payment form, is controlled by those providers, so we cannot guarantee its accessibility. If any embedded content prevents you from completing a booking, contact us and we will complete it with you by phone or email.
